I'm not your typical business coach. I've built and owned businesses, made the payroll and missed the school pickups, and felt the exact frustration my clients bring me. I know what it takes to grow something real because I've done it, not read about it.

Twenty-five years. Eight countries. More than 22,000 hours in the trenches with owners and leadership teams, from gritty startups to billion-dollar operations. I started as a corporate strategist. Then I worked out the real action was in small business, so I walked out of the boardroom and rolled up my sleeves.

These days the focus is narrow on purpose: helping hospitality owners grow smarter, step out of the day-to-day, and sell for more than they thought possible. No contracts. No fixed timelines. My clients stay an average of nine years. Do the maths on what that says.
